Dive College Lanzarote

Set right on the seaside in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, Dive College Lanzarote calls itself the dive centre for the whole family — and the layout backs that up. Divers step straight to the house reef or board the dive boat, with guided dives running every day at 09:30 and 14:30, while Discover Scuba sessions welcome newcomers at 10:00 and 14:00.

Courses and who it suits

As a PADI 5 Star IDC centre with 8 PADI instructors, the college has trained over 1000 students and teaches in English, German, Dutch, Spanish and French. You can begin any PADI course on any day, from the PADI Scuba Diver and Adventure Diver routes through to Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver, Enriched Air and Freediver programs.

Diving explores local sites including Cathedral, Flamingo, Las Coloradas, Montaña Roja, Harbour Wrecks and the Museo Atlantico. There's an onsite training pool with a big viewing window, a classroom, free Wi-Fi and a relaxed lounge bar — so non-divers can watch, laze by the pool or head to the beach.
