Diveplace

Diveplace is the only PADI 5 Star IDC dive center in Utrecht, Netherlands, and diving here is treated as a pure experience driven by genuine passion. The motto says it all — "Dive like YOU want it" — with training shaped around what suits you, whether you're taking your first breaths underwater or have years of experience behind you.

Courses and what to expect

With 24 PADI instructors on the team, Diveplace covers PADI Scuba Diving, TecRec, Freediving, Snorkelling, First Aid EFR and Public Safety Diver programmes. Pool sessions run at Fletiomare in De Meern with a ratio of one instructor to three divers, so every student is guaranteed real attention in a flexible, fun and safe setting.

Local diving centres on Zandeiland 4 at Vinkeveen. As a full-service centre, Diveplace also handles air fills, Nitrox, equipment sales and rental — including kids' gear and scooter (DPV) rental — plus a retail shop, free Wi-Fi, parking and a dive club. Staff speak English, Dutch, German and Turkish, making it a welcoming choice for divers of every level.
