Divers Planet

Based in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman since 2012, Divers Planet is a scuba diving and freediving academy — the only academy in the Sultanate with Instructor Trainers in both disciplines. As a PADI 5 Star Dive Center, it teaches a full range of courses, from Discover Scuba Diving for beginners through to professional levels, alongside PADI TecRec, Rebreather (CCR), Freediving, Mermaid, Snorkelling and Adaptive Diving.

Trained by instructor trainers

The freediving team brings 20 years of experience and helped train the Sultanate of Oman freedive national team, qualifying over 1000 freedivers. The scuba team, with over 18 years of experience, has taught more than 3500 students across all levels. The team was also involved in the National Park Museum project at the Daymaniyat Islands, marking and operating dive sites while protecting the fragile corals.

With a waterfront location, onsite pool and classroom, a retail shop and staff speaking over 10 languages, Divers Planet suits everyone from first-time divers to those advancing to professional grades — and shares a real commitment to conservation in the Gulf of Oman.
