Halmstad DIVERS is a PADI Instructor Development Center and 5 Star IDC Resort, which means training runs across every level of PADI's international programme. The shop sits in the centre of Halmstad, Sweden, and is stocked with everything for the sport diver and holiday snorkeller. A team of 5 PADI Instructors helps you choose the right gear and the right course, and dive outings are arranged regularly both in Sweden and abroad.

Courses and who it suits

Newcomers can test the water with PADI Discover Scuba Diving – Prova På Dyk! from USD 74, a roughly 3-hour taster. Ready to certify? The PADI Open Water Diver course, offered as a standard or intensive 5-day option, takes you from the onsite training pool and classroom out to the water. Instruction is available in English and Swedish.

On site you'll find a retail shop, dive boat and parking, plus air fills, nitrox, equipment sales and a full rental range that even includes children's sizes — a welcoming base for beginners and travelling divers alike.
