Diving King Dive Resort

On Panglao Island in the Philippines, Diving King Dive Resort is a PADI 5 Star CDC that pairs serious training facilities with easy access to some of the region's most rewarding reefs. With an onsite training pool, classroom and even an aquarium/deep pool, it's built for divers who want to learn thoroughly and comfortably — and seven languages, including English, Spanish, German, Korean, Mandarin, Chinese and Filipino, are spoken here.

Courses and diving

The centre runs a full PADI pathway, from the PADI Discover Scuba Diving intro (from USD 80) and the ReActivate Scuba Refresher (from USD 32) through Open Water (from USD 400), Advanced Open Water (from USD 336) and Rescue Diver (from USD 368), plus Emergency First Response training (from USD 129).

For certified divers, guided fundives head out to Balicasag and Pamilacan (each from USD 111), while local sites such as Arco Point, Danao Wall, Alona Beach House Reef and Balicasag Island offer encounters with turtles, sharks, rays and vibrant reef life. It suits everyone from first-timers to divers building toward pro-level qualifications.
