Diving Planet

Diving Planet is a PADI 5 Star Dive Resort based in Cartagena and the Rosario Islands, Colombia. Its diving tours and PADI courses take you to a National Park of Coral Reefs an hour by boat from Cartagena, where the distance from the city brings excellent conditions, visibility and a great diversity of reefs and tropical fish. Surface intervals and lunch are enjoyed in the Rosario Islands themselves.

Courses and who it suits

With 4 PADI Instructors on the team, the centre runs a full range of training, from PADI Open Water Diver (eLearning) and Advanced Open Water Diver to Peak Performance Buoyancy, Digital Underwater Photographer and a Nitrox course. Multi-dive packages are also available, including a Full-Day 2 tank dive from USD 197 and a 3 days, 7 dives package. That mix suits newcomers earning their first certification as well as certified divers looking to log more time underwater or build new skills.

An onsite classroom, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a waterfront location and a dive boat support every trip. Staff speak English, Spanish and Portuguese, and the dive site Alex Places features among the local options.
