Diving School Marea Ishigakijima

Courses and diving

As a PADI 5 Star IDC Resort with five PADI Instructors, the center covers structured diving education alongside PADI Scuba Diving and PADI First Aid (EFR) training. There's a strong focus on equipment knowledge and environmental understanding, plus Nitrox and full gear rental — including children's sizes — for divers of every level.

Underwater, the waters around Ishigaki reward patience: sharks and rays, whales, turtles, reef and ocean fish, corals, anemones, eels, molluscs and more. On land you'll find air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and parking, with instruction offered in Japanese. It's a welcoming choice for first-timers and experienced divers alike.
