Diving School Marea Yokohama

Marea is a leading diving school in the Kanto area, with a home base in Yokohama, Tokyo. As a PADI 5 Star IDC centre with four PADI instructors, it's built to take you from your very first breaths underwater through to the more advanced end of recreational diving, all under experienced guidance.

Courses and training

The school offers PADI Scuba Diving courses along with PADI First Aid – EFR, so you can build both your diving skills and your emergency response know-how in one place. On-site facilities include a dedicated training pool and a classroom, making it easy to learn the fundamentals in a comfortable, controlled setting before heading for open water.

Marea is well placed for divers drawn to the waters of Izu and Okinawa, pairing structured learning with the chance to enjoy real sea time. Instruction is offered in Japanese, making it a natural fit for anyone in the Kanto region looking for a friendly, professional school to begin or continue their diving journey.
