Diving Shop Glad

Diving Shop Glad is a PADI Dive Center based in Tokyo, Japan. It's a small, friendly shop that puts real communication with its guests first, running certification courses alongside fun diving tours on a regular basis — and it's happy to arrange dives to suit what you're after.

Courses and diving

Learners and returning divers are well looked after here. Alongside PADI Scuba Diving certification, the centre offers PADI Snorkelling and PADI First Aid — EFR training, with an onsite classroom for the theory side of things. A retail shop rounds out the setup, with equipment sales and scuba gear rental so you can kit up for the water.

Out on the dives, the marine life on offer includes sharks, whales, turtles and ocean fish, among others. With a personal, request-led approach and Japanese spoken at the shop, Diving Shop Glad suits divers who value a close, communicative dive centre over a large, impersonal operation.
