Down Under Dive

Set on the edge of Australia's Far Tropical North Queensland, Down Under Cruise and Dive makes its home in the township of Cairns — the gateway to the World Heritage listed Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree National Parks. It's a launching point for divers and snorkellers of all ages and all nationalities.

Courses and diving

As a PADI 5 Star IDC centre backed by 21 PADI Instructors, Down Under Cruise & Dive is built around teaching. World class, state of the art diver training facilities support everything from Learn to Dive Courses through to guided reef diving, with exclusive moorings out on the Outer Reef.

Beyond the diving, the centre runs daily Reef Tours, Snorkel Tours and Rainforest Tours, launched from its reef vessel EVOLUTION, which arrived in early 2016. It suits first-time snorkellers, new students working toward certification, and reef enthusiasts alike — anyone drawn to the waters off Cairns.
