EACY Dive School

EACY Dive School sits on the beachfront in Aninuan, Puerto Galera, within the Verde Island Passage—a global center of marine biodiversity and a UNESCO Man and Biosphere Reserve. Surrounded by palm trees and sea breeze, this small, calm dive center is the only nonprofit PADI dive center in Puerto Galera. Operated by Stairway Foundation under its Environmental Awareness for Children and Youth program, every dive supports marine conservation and child protection.

Courses, Sites and What to Expect

With 2 PADI instructors offering 9 courses and activities—from PADI Scuba Diving to PADI First Aid (EFR) and conservation programs—EACY suits first-time divers and seasoned divers alike. English and Filipino are spoken, and you can rent scuba equipment on site.

Facilities include an onsite training pool, classroom, dive boat, accommodation, food and drinks, and a house reef right at the waterfront. Explore local dive sites such as Manila Channel, Dungon Wall, Tamaraw Reef, Hibo Reef and the Deluna House Reef, where you may encounter turtles, sharks and rays, eels, molluscs, corals and more—diving responsibly with reef-safe practices.
