East Coast Divers

East Coast Divers is a Boston scuba shop that has been making divers since 1974 — five decades of teaching people to explore the underwater world. As a PADI Dive Center backed by 10 PADI instructors and experience across multiple training agencies, the philosophy here is simple: everyone should get to experience the magic of diving, whatever their level.

Courses and services for every level

Beginners can get certified, learn the basics and join guided dives alongside an experienced instructor. More seasoned divers can push further with advanced and specialized courses spanning PADI TecRec technical training, PADI Freediving, PADI Mermaid and PADI First Aid EFR. Air fills, Nitrox, Trimix and mixed gas are all on hand.

The center also rents clean, well-maintained gear from names like Halcyon, Shearwater and Santi, plus a curated sales floor of equipment the staff would personally dive. On-site you'll find a classroom, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a retail shop and parking — a well-rounded home base for divers of any experience.
