Meet Eco Dive Center, a diver-run scuba centre in Los Angeles that bills itself as Southern California's Top Rated Scuba Center. It's a place built for divers of every level, where a friendly pro-team helps you learn the ropes and, as they put it, be ready to smile, laugh, and learn a lot along the way.

Courses, trips and local waters

As a PADI 5 Star IDC with 36 PADI instructors, the centre runs a full spread of training — from PADI Scuba Diving and Freediving to Mermaid, Snorkelling, TecRec, EFR first aid and Adaptive Diving. Every weekend brings 2–3 boat trips out to different local California islands, with tropical dive adventures scheduled each month.

On land you'll find an onsite classroom, a retail showroom stocking top dive brands, air fills, nitrox, equipment sales and rentals, plus a dive club and conservation activities. Expect to spot sharks, whales, turtles, rays and plenty of ocean fish. Staff speak English, Spanish, French and Chinese — a welcoming fit for divers wanting affordable, hands-on scuba close to LA.
