Registered as a PADI 5-Star Dive Center, Energy is a long-established Tokyo shop that's celebrating its 30th anniversary — three decades of experience behind every fill and every fin. Training and services

Energy offers PADI Scuba Diving courses alongside PADI First Aid — EFR training, so you can build confidence from your first breaths underwater through to emergency response. The shop handles air fills and Nitrox, sells and rents scuba equipment, and even takes part in conservation activities. A full rental range covers everything from a 5mm wetsuit, BCD and regulator to a dive computer, compass, camera and flashlight.

The waters here are known for sharks, whales, turtles and ocean fish, making it an appealing spot for divers curious about big marine encounters.
