Euro-Divers Club Med La Pointe

Set on the beach at Trou Aux Biches, opposite the water sports pontoon, Euro-Divers Club Med La Pointe is a PADI 5 Star Dive Resort staffed by 3 PADI Instructors. Divers ready their kit on the terrace in front of the shop before each departure, while tanks and weights stay aboard the boat — a relaxed rhythm that leaves plenty of time for everything else Club Med has to offer.

Reefs, Wrecks and Whale Season

Thanks to the exclusive use of speedboats, most dive sites are just 5 to 20 minutes away, with morning and afternoon outings on a flexible schedule. The northern sites, including Shamentha, are known for wrecks colonised by soft corals, gorgonians and anemones with their clownfish — among them an endemic species — alongside rays, groupers, morays, barracudas, turtles and sharks.

The water here is clear and healthy, ranging from 23 to 28 degrees by season. From May to October, whales and dolphins gather near the coast, and lucky divers may hear them underwater or spot them from the boat. With an onsite training pool, air fills and English- and French-speaking staff, it suits both new and returning divers.
