Fire Island Dive Resort

Courses and diving

As a PADI 5-Star Instructor Development Center and Freediving Center, led since 2020 by PADI Course Director Joe Qiu and a team of five PADI instructors, the center delivers complete PADI diving courses — right up to instructor level — alongside PADI Freediving and First Aid (EFR). Recreational dive itineraries round out the offering for those who simply want to get in the water.

Beneath the surface, divers share the ocean with sharks, whales, turtles and reef fish. On land you'll find air fills, nitrox, equipment sales, a full rental range, scooter (DPV) rental and a dive club, plus Wi-Fi, a retail shop, food and drinks, and parking. Instruction is offered in English and Mandarin, making it a natural fit for both first-timers and travelling divers.
