Go Dive

Go Dive Tasmania has been sharing underwater adventures since 2003, growing into Tasmania's largest scuba retail and diver-training facility. Based at a dive store in central Hobart, it's Hobart's only PADI 5 Star Dive Centre and Tasmania's highest-rated dive operator, with over 250 Google reviews and an exceptional 4.9-star rating.

Courses and facilities

The centre offers the full range of PADI courses, from beginner Open Water through to professional-level training, led by a team of 10 PADI instructors who know Tasmania's coastline inside out. Diver education extends to PADI TecRec, Freediving, Snorkelling, First Aid (EFR) and Adaptive Diving. The Hobart store features a full retail showroom, a rental and servicing department, a tank filling station, and classroom facilities.

Beyond courses, Go Dive provides air fills, Nitrox, equipment sales, and rental for scuba, kids' and freediving gear, plus a dive club and conservation activities. Divers can explore local sites such as Waterfall Bay, where marine life ranges from sharks and whales to turtles, molluscs and crustaceans, and ocean fish. With English-speaking, experienced staff, it suits everyone from first-timers to travelling adventurers.
