Great Lakes Dive Locker

Great Lakes Dive Locker has been a fixture of the Grand Rapids diving scene since 1988, holding the distinction of being the city's first PADI training center and its only ANDI training center. As a PADI 5 Star Dive Center with 4 PADI instructors on staff, it has built a reputation for guiding divers through every stage of the sport.

Training for every level

The center offers the full range of scuba training, from the basics of snorkeling all the way to the rewarding challenge of becoming a dive master. Programs span PADI Scuba Diving, PADI TecRec, and PADI First Aid – EFR, so newcomers and seasoned divers alike have a clear path forward. Because PADI certifications are recognized worldwide, what you learn here travels with you anywhere.

On site you'll find a classroom, air-conditioned comfort, a retail shop, and parking, along with services including air fills, nitrox, equipment sales, and a wide selection of rental gear. Instruction is offered in English, making it a welcoming home base for divers across the Grand Rapids area.
