Family owned and operated for over 61 years, Hatts Diving Headquarters is a Melbourne, USA dive center built for divers at every stage — from first-timers to seasoned veterans, and anyone into snorkeling or spearfishing too. As a PADI 5 Star IDC with 9 PADI instructors on the team, it's a place where diving is treated as a way of life rather than just a sport.

Courses and facilities

Training happens on site, with a dedicated pool and classroom supporting PADI Open Water and Specialty courses. The center also offers personal, one-on-one gear fitting, backed by a retail shop and food and drinks for the days you spend learning or gearing up.

Services run the full range: air fills, nitrox, and rental of scuba, kids', and freediving equipment, alongside a dive club, conservation activities, and travel. Staff speak English and Spanish, making Hatts a welcoming fit for new learners and experienced divers alike.
