Horizon Divers

Set in the heart of Key Largo, Florida, Horizon Divers is a full service PADI Five Star Instructor Development Center built around the safety, comfort and enjoyment of its guests. Daily deep and shallow trips run from three dive boats, and with 16 PADI instructors on staff the centre suits everyone from first-timers to divers logging serious bottom time.

Training and dive sites

The teaching side specialises in recreational through technical diving. Alongside PADI Scuba Diving courses you'll find PADI TecRec, rebreather and CCR diving, snorkelling, EFR first aid and adaptive diving, supported by air fills, nitrox, trimix and mixed gas. An Adaptive Services Facility and a clean, air-conditioned classroom back it all up.

Local diving leans heavily on wrecks and reef: the Benwood Shipwreck, City of Washington, Bibb, Duane and Spiegel Grove, plus Grecian Rocks and Christ of the Abyss. Sharks and rays, turtles, ocean fish, eels, molluscs and crustaceans, corals and anemones all feature. Staff speak English and Spanish, and there's free Wi-Fi, parking, guest gear storage and onsite accommodation.
