Set on the waterfront at Miura, just a reach from Tokyo, Jogashima Diving Center opens up the clear waters of Japan to divers of every level. As a PADI 5 Star IDC Resort with 10 PADI instructors on hand, it's a place where friendly guidance and safe, guided dives come as standard — a welcoming base whether you're taking your first breaths underwater or logging your hundredth dive.

Courses and a house reef on your doorstep

Training here is thorough and hands-on, backed by an onsite training pool and a dedicated classroom before you ever hit open water. The house reef and waterfront location keep the diving close, while a dive boat carries you out to explore further afield with an instructor at your side.

Facilities cover the essentials and then some: air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and parking, plus air fills, equipment sales, and a full rental range from wetsuits and drysuits to regulators, BCDs, and steel cylinders. Staff speak both English and Japanese, and the center runs conservation activities for divers who want to give something back to the ocean.
