Keppel Dive

Set on the beautiful Great Keppel Island — the jewel of the Capricorn Coast, just 30 minutes from Yeppoon, Queensland — Keppel Dive is a PADI Accredited 5 Star Dive Resort and the only PADI Dive Resort in the region. With 3 PADI Instructors and an onsite classroom, it's geared up to welcome divers at every stage, whether you're trying Discover Scuba Diving or building experience.

Courses and dive sites

The course slate runs from Eco Cert Double Tank Boat dives and PADI ReActivate through the Open Water Diver, Advanced Open Water Diver, Peak Performance Buoyancy and Rescue Diver certifications. Local dive sites include Observatory, Monkey Beach, Barren Island, Bald Rock, Butterfish Bay, Man and Wife Rocks, Outer Rock, Wreck Beach and Egg Rock, where you may encounter sharks, whales, turtles, rays, eels, molluscs, crustaceans, corals and anemones.

A waterfront location with a dive boat, retail shop, onsite accommodation, food and drinks, and free Wi-Fi rounds out the setup. Staff speak English, Spanish and French, with equipment rental and air fills on hand — making it an easy fit for first-timers and certified divers alike.
