Kona Diving Company

Kona Diving Company is a family-owned-and-operated, full-service dive center based in Kailua-Kona on Hawaii's Big Island. Founded in 2010, KDC was built around a simple idea: an intimate, personal diving experience delivered with genuine standards of service, Aloha and, above all, fun.

Personal guiding for every level

As a PADI 5 Star IDC with a team of 10 PADI Instructors, the center caters to divers across the spectrum, from wide-eyed newcomers to seasoned tech-heads. Every dive is led by one of the instructors, so you get a personal guided tour of Kona's best sites and the most out of your time underwater.

Signature spots include the Manta Dive-Garden Eel Cove, where divers may encounter sharks, whales, turtles, eels, molluscs and crustaceans, corals, anemones and jellyfish, and plenty of ocean fish. On the practical side, KDC offers air fills, nitrox, equipment sales and rental, kids' equipment rental, a dive club and travel, backed by a retail shop, dive boat and parking. Service is offered in English.
