KoroSun Dive

KoroSun Dive runs seven days a week from the dock at Savasi Island Resort on Fiji's Hibiscus Highway, just outside Savusavu. The boat pushes off at around 9:00am and is back by around 12:30-1:00pm, which makes for an easy morning on the water — generally 2 tank dives for certified divers and divers in training, with the afternoon left entirely to you.

Courses and dive sites

As a PADI Resort with 2 PADI Instructors, KoroSun covers the full ladder of PADI courses, from a first Discover Scuba Diving session through to Dive Master, along with PADI Snorkelling and EFR first aid. An onsite training pool and classroom mean the learning happens right where you're staying, and the shop handles air fills and scuba equipment rental.

What KoroSun is known for is its resident school of Hammerhead Sharks, and trips out to Namena National Reserve — arguably some of the best diving in all of Fiji. Snorkellers aren't an afterthought here either: they can get in at the dive sites, then snorkel Turtle Alley during the 1 hour surface interval. English is the language on board.
