Kumasan's Diving Shop

Run by a husband-and-wife team, Kumasan's Diving Shop is a small, friendly operation on Ishigaki Island in Japan. The whole team shares a genuine love of marine life, and they're especially skilled at spotting small creatures and watching how they behave. Coral scenery and easygoing dives

The shop is drawn to stunning coral landscapes and topography sites where sunlight streams down beautifully through the water. Their style is relaxed and leisurely throughout. As a PADI 5 Star Dive Resort with 4 PADI Instructors on the team, they keep things personal while maintaining solid training credentials.

Underwater, the waters around Ishigaki turn up sharks, whales, turtles, sharks and rays, ocean fish, mammals and reptiles, and more. Facilities include an onsite classroom, a retail shop, and a dive boat, with Nitrox, scuba equipment rental, and PADI scuba diving on offer. Staff speak both English and Japanese, making it an easy fit for international and local divers alike.
