M's Diving Adventure

Based in Monzen-Nakacho, Koto-Ku, in the heart of Tokyo, M's Diving Adventure is a PADI 5 Star IDC — an Instructor Development Center approved by the world's largest diver-training organisation, with the ability to issue the Gold Card. The shop has been recognised by PADI with awards across three areas of environmental protection, education, and community activities, and its team includes four PADI Instructors.

Courses and dive trips

From your first breaths underwater to a professional path, M's covers the full ladder: the PADI Open Water Diver Course, Advanced Open Water Diver, Rescue Diver, and Emergency First Response. Divers ready to explore can join a Full-Day Dive Trip, the Ito & Hasama diving tour, or the two-day Hammerhead Shark Diving Tour.

Local dive sites include Mikomoto Island, Shark Scramble, and Lake Motosu, with encounters that may bring sharks, whales, turtles, and ocean fish. The centre offers an onsite classroom, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a retail shop, with instruction available in English and Japanese — a solid fit for new and progressing divers alike.
