Diving with thresher sharks year-round

Malapascua is best known as the only place in the world where you can reliably dive with thresher sharks year-round. The center specialises in early morning dives to sites such as Kimud and Monad Shoal, the renowned cleaning stations where thresher sharks rise gracefully from the deep. Beyond the threshers, expect manta rays, reef sharks, pygmy seahorses, frogfish, nudibranchs and colourful coral gardens, plus day trips to Gato Island, a marine reserve famed for whitetip reef sharks, caves and macro photography.
