Malibu Divers

Since 1969, Malibu Divers has pursued a single goal: to be the best at what they do. Driven by a shared love of the ocean and the sport of scuba diving, the team is committed to delivering high-quality training and customer service to everyone who walks through the door.

Training and courses

As a PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Center with 10 PADI instructors on staff, Malibu Divers covers the full spectrum — from beginning scuba to instructor-level training and specialty diving. Courses include the PADI Enriched Air Diver, the PADI ReActivate Scuba Refresher (Pool) from USD 179, and the PADI Scuba Refresher (Ocean). A strong supporter of DAN, the center provides free student insurance to everyone enrolled in its beginning dive classes.

Based at a waterfront location in Los Angeles, the center offers an onsite classroom, free Wi-Fi, a retail shop, a dive boat, and parking. Divers here may encounter sharks, whales, turtles, and ocean fish, and the team speaks English, Spanish, and Chinese — a welcoming fit for new and returning divers alike.
