Maui-Diving

Based in Lausanne, Switzerland, Maui-Diving is a PADI 5 Star IDC centre where all courses are taught individually — the team takes the time to organise each session with you and introduce you to local diving in the best possible conditions. With five PADI instructors on hand, training runs across recreational PADI Scuba Diving, technical PADI TecRec, and EFR first aid.

Sites and set-up

Divers explore local sites at St-Prex and Vevey – Quai Perdonnet, where the marine life includes sharks, whales, turtles, molluscs and crustaceans. The centre is built around a theory room, a 100m2 shop with a pleasant terrace, a 30m2 equipment-rental space, and a room housing three NADRI compressors. An outdoor station fills cylinders at 200 and 300bar, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Facilities cover an onsite training pool, free Wi-Fi, a retail shop and parking, with air fills, nitrox, trimix and mixed gas available alongside full scuba and kids' equipment rental. Courses are conducted in French, making it a natural fit for local divers building their skills.
