Tucked into South Maui in Kihei, Maui Dreams Dive Co. sits just down the street from plenty of great shore diving. This retail shop offers guided shore and boat dives, equipment rentals, repairs, and plenty of good local advice for divers who'd rather explore on their own. As a PADI 5 Star IDC with 8 PADI instructors, the team teaches everything from Discover Scuba Diving all the way through Instructor-level training, with enriched air (Nitrox) available.

Dive sites and what to expect

Local diving covers a wide spread of spots, including Keawakapu South, Ulua Beach, Mokapu Beach, the Five Caves and Five Graves at Makena Landing, and Reefs End at Molokini Crater. Underwater, you may cross paths with sharks, whales, turtles, rays, and ocean fish.

The waterfront location includes an onsite classroom, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, parking, and a dive boat. Beyond courses, the shop handles air fills, Nitrox, equipment sales, and rentals ranging from scuba and freediving gear to scooter (DPV) and kids' sizes. It's a solid fit for new and experienced divers alike, with English spoken throughout.
