mic21 Umeda

mic21 Umeda sits in the Umeda district of Osaka, Japan, and brings a friendly, social spirit to scuba diving. As a PADI 5 Star IDC centre, it's geared toward divers who want proper training alongside good company — the kind of place where a group of friends grows steadily into a diving family.

Courses and trips

The centre offers PADI scuba diving instruction, making it a solid starting point whether you're learning the basics or building toward more advanced certifications. Its full PADI 5 Star IDC status signals a strong focus on quality teaching and professional development.

Beyond the water, the Umeda staff run a wide mix of getaways: easy local sea trips, overnight staying tours, overseas tours and hot spring escapes. They also branch into wakeboarding, surfing and snowboarding tours, with custom requests welcome too. It suits divers who like an active, sociable crowd and want a centre that keeps the fun going on land as well as below the surface.
