Midwest Scuba

If you've been waiting for the right moment to learn to dive, Midwest Scuba makes it easy to start. In as little as two weeks you can become a certified PADI Open Water Diver — the most widely recognized and respected rating in the world, one that never expires. The course covers the fundamentals of scuba diving, including dive equipment and techniques, and is open to virtually anyone who is in good health, reasonably fit, and comfortable in the water.

A St. Louis-area PADI 5 Star Dive Center

Based in St. Charles, Missouri, Midwest Scuba is a PADI 5 Star Dive Center with 12 PADI instructors on staff. Beyond Open Water training, the shop offers PADI TecRec and PADI First Aid (EFR) courses, plus air fills, Nitrox, equipment sales, and a full range of rental gear — including kids' sizes and travel rentals.

Members dive a variety of regional freshwater sites such as Beaver Lake Dive Park, Bull Shoals Lake, Table Rock Lake, Mermet Springs, and Pennyroyal Scuba. With an onsite classroom, retail shop, air conditioning, and parking, it's a welcoming home base for new and continuing divers alike.
