Mio Palmo plongée

In business in the Var since 1999, Mio Palmo plongée works from two bases — the Port of Cavalaire and the Port of Hyères — running two tank dives every morning. It's a PADI 5 Star CDC and Aqualung partner centre, staffed by 8 PADI Instructors, with care taken over well-maintained, quality equipment.

Diving and courses

Divers here explore the area's magnificent rocky dives and very famous wreck dives, and can head out to the Port Cros National Park. The full PADI ladder is on offer, from Discover Scuba Diving and Open Water Diver through Enriched Air, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Rescue Diver and Deep Diver — so whether you're trying diving for the first time or building toward more demanding sites, there's a path that fits.

Facilities are comfortable and practical: an onsite training pool and classroom, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a retail shop, a dive boat and parking. Nitrox, changing rooms and hot showers are on site, and the team works in English and French.
