Tucked into Sabang in Puerto Galera, Philippines, Mr. Krabs Resort Inc. is a PADI 5 Star Dive Resort with a waterfront setting and four PADI Instructors on hand. It's a full-service base for divers who want training, easy water access and somewhere to stay all in one place.

Courses and the local diving

The center covers a broad PADI range — from PADI Scuba Diving and Snorkelling through TecRec technical training, First Aid (EFR), Public Safety Diver and Adaptive Diving. An onsite training pool and classroom make it well suited to first-timers and those building toward advanced certifications alike. Air Fills and Nitrox keep certified divers topped up.

The waters around Puerto Galera are rich, with marine life ranging from sharks, whales and turtles to ocean fish, rays, eels, molluscs and crustaceans, plus corals, anemones and jellyfish. With a dive boat, retail shop, kids' equipment rental, a dive club and Chinese spoken, it's a friendly fit for families and Chinese-speaking divers.
