Ocean Divers

Based in Melbourne, Australia, Ocean Divers is a PADI Five Star Instructor Development Centre — the highest recognition PADI offers for training, service and professionalism. The centre trains divers through PADI, the world's largest recreational scuba teaching organisation, and also runs courses through the CDAA, GUE, DAN and IANTD. With 10 PADI instructors on the team, it caters to everyone from first-time students to club members and walk-in customers.

Courses and local diving

The programme spans PADI Scuba Diving, TecRec, Freediving, Mermaid, Snorkelling, First Aid (EFR) and conservation, backed by an onsite classroom, air fills, nitrox and full equipment sales and rental. Local dives explore Popes Eye Marine National Park, Flinders Pier, Chimanan's Hat, Rye Pier and Frankton Pier, where divers may encounter sharks, whales, turtles, rays, eels, ocean fish and other marine life.
