Ocean Diving Club 縱橫四海

Ocean Diving Club — 縱橫四海, the Across the Four Seas Diving Club — has been in the water since 1995, when it started out in Taichung, Taiwan. Over the years it has ranged through Kenting, the Northeast Corner, Xiaoliuqiu, Lanyu and Green Island, then further afield to the Philippines, Thailand, Hawaii, Australia and Okinawa, where it finally opened a branch just an hour from Taiwan.

What sets it apart

This is a PADI 5 Star Dive Center backed by 7 PADI instructors, offering PADI scuba diving, snorkelling and EFR first aid courses. With English, Japanese and Mandarin all spoken on site, the team makes barrier-free communication a point of pride.

Beyond training, the club runs as a full-service base: equipment sales and rental, kids' gear, scooter (DPV) rental, a dive club, travel support and conservation activities. On-site accommodation, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi round out the setup — a good fit for divers who want everything, in their own language, under one roof.
