Ocean Extreme Dive and Travel Center

Ocean Extreme Dive and Travel Center, Inc. holds a distinction worth noting: it is Arkansas' only Scubapro Platinum Dealer and a PADI 5 Star Training Facility. Based in North Little Rock, the centre pairs a genuine retail shop with an onsite training pool and classroom, giving new and returning divers a comfortable place to learn.

Courses and training

The range runs from entry-level Open Water Diver through Adventures in Diving, Rescue Diver, Public Safety Diver, and a host of specialty courses. Master Instructors and Master Scuba Diver Trainers also guide students up the PADI leadership ladder, including Divemaster and Instructor programs, with 17 PADI Instructors on hand. PADI eLearning options let students complete certification coursework online at their own pace.

Local diving centres on Lake Ouachita and Greers Ferry Lake, where the waters hold freshwater fish alongside other resident life. Air fills, equipment sales, and scuba and travel gear rental round out the services. It's a natural fit for anyone in the region starting out or working toward a professional rating, all in English.
