After 35 years in the business, Ocean Gear Scuba Center holds the title of the oldest dive store in Huntington Beach — a fun, family-owned shop in Orange County that has built its reputation on training youth and families. Training, service and local diving

As a PADI Dive Center with 6 PADI instructors, Ocean Gear covers everything from first breaths to professional-level training, all in English. The onsite classroom, retail shop and air-conditioned space make it an easy place to learn, and the shop services what it sells — its repair technician has been rebuilding regulators since 1982. You can fill tanks with air or nitrox, rent gear for adults and kids, and lean on decades of hands-on know-how.
