Oceanside Scuba and Swim, LLC

Based in Oceanside, California, OceanSide Scuba is one of the largest independent full-service dive centers in the United States — and an easy stop for divers across Southern California thanks to its location near the ocean and the 5 Freeway. With more than 12,000 square feet of space, an onsite heated training pool, classroom, and an advanced air station with a Nitrox membrane system, it's a hub built around getting people in the water.

Training and services

As a PADI Dive Center with 20 PADI instructors, OceanSide covers training at every level, from PADI Scuba Diving and Freediving to TecRec, Rebreather/CCR, Snorkelling, and EFR first aid. Beyond instruction, you'll find air fills, Nitrox and mixed gas, equipment sales, scuba and scooter (DPV) rentals, a dive club, and travel.

Friendly, experienced staff speak English, Japanese, and Arabic, and the center adds air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a retail shop, and parking. It suits everyone from first-timers to technical divers looking for a well-equipped home base.
