Oneta Resort

Bula! Oneta Resort is home to Dive Fiji, a PADI Dive Center and watersports community on Kadavu Island whose passion is simply being in the water. The team's mission is to share the Astrolabe Reef — one of the largest barrier reefs in the world, and one that sees almost no divers — and to help protect it.

Courses and diving

Two PADI Instructors run the full progression, from Discover Scuba Diving for first-timers through Open Water all the way to Divemaster, alongside fun dives and PADI Snorkelling and First Aid – EFR. A PADI 5 Star Dive Resort with an onsite classroom, house reef, dive boat and waterfront location, it's set up so you can step from lesson to lagoon without much fuss.

Sharks, whales, turtles and ocean fish move through these waters, and conservation activities and a dive club sit alongside the diving itself. With English, Spanish, French, Czech and Slovak spoken, plus onsite accommodation, food and drinks, free Wi-Fi and full scuba equipment rental, it suits divers at any level who want the real Fiji rather than a crowded reef.
