Oxygene Tallinn

Set on the shores of the Baltic, Oxygene Tallinn keeps its classroom and store in the heart of Tallinn city center, near the passenger harbour terminal, while its dive base sits out at Rummu Quarry. As a PADI 5 Star IDC with 5 PADI Instructors, it's a place built for learning — and for divers who want to keep going once the basics are behind them.

Courses and dive sites

The center offers most PADI recreational courses alongside PRO-level training. Newcomers can begin with the PADI Open Water Diver course, running roughly 3 days from USD 532, before graduating to the freshwater diving at Rummu Quarry. The onsite shop represents well-known brands including Poseidon, Mares, Suunto, Bare and Fourth Element.

Facilities run to a retail shop, dive boat and parking, with air fills, equipment sales, servicing and rental all on hand. Staff work in English, Finnish and Russian, making it a natural fit for both local divers and visitors passing through Tallinn.
