Set in the private grounds of Rummu Quarry and its former prison, Rummu Diving offers one of Estonia's most unusual underwater experiences — a chance to explore the flooded Rummu Underwater Prison just outside Tallinn. As a PADI 5 Star Dive Resort staffed by 4 PADI Instructors, this is a well-equipped base for divers of every level.

Courses and dives

Newcomers can try Discover Scuba Diving in the Rummu Underwater Prison, a three-hour introduction from USD 112. Certified divers returning to the water can book the PADI ReActivate Scuba Refresher, while those starting out can work toward certification with the PADI Open Water Diver Course. Instruction is offered in English and Finnish.

On site you'll find a classroom, free Wi-Fi, a dive boat and parking, plus air fills and a full range of scuba and freediving equipment rental.
