Palaka Siargao Dive Center

Set on Siargao Island in the Philippines, Palaka Siargao Dive Center is a PADI Resort where a team of 3 PADI instructors introduces the underwater world to divers of every level. With 7 courses and activities on offer, it welcomes complete beginners and certified divers alike, and the staff speak four languages — English, Spanish, French and Filipino.

Courses and diving

Training runs the full PADI ladder, from Scuba Diver and Open Water Diver — available as a class or with a private instructor — through to Rescue Diver, plus Emergency First Response and fun dives for those already qualified. Freediving, snorkelling and equipment sales round out the services, alongside air fills and a well-stocked retail shop.

Beneath the surface, divers can explore sites such as the Blue Cathedral, Daku Arch, Santa Monica, Burgos, Pilar, Dapa and Casulian, home to sharks, turtles, eels, corals and reef fish. On land, an onsite classroom, free Wi-Fi, an aquarium pool, dive boat and parking keep things easy from arrival to your final dive.
