Phoenix

The Phoenix Catamaran offers cruises through the Exumas in the Bahamas, carrying up to eight passengers who want to dive and snorkel the bays, explore uninhabited islands, and unwind on isolated beaches. The 450F vessel comes fully equipped for the water, with a diving compressor, tanks, air conditioning, and a generator, plus four cabins that each have a private washroom and shower.

What the diving looks like

Over the course of a trip you can enjoy up to 19 dives, ranging across remote walls, wrecks, drift dives, and coral reefs, with the chance to dive alongside sharks. Between dives, the clear Exuman waters are ideal for snorkelling, and there is time for bird watching and island exploring too.

This PADI dive boat is best thought of as a floating bed and breakfast, with Bahamian and international cooking on board and the crew happy to accommodate special dietary needs. Captain Oleg and his experienced crew, who speak English and other languages on request, know these waters well. Onboard you'll also find warm-water showers, a battery charging station, and fish ID and diving books.
