Port Frejus Plongee

On the French Riviera in Saint-Raphaël, Port Fréjus Plongée welcomes individual divers and groups almost all year round. Run by Karin and a team of qualified, enthusiastic instructors, this FFESSM-approved structure and PADI Dive Center is built around sharing the Mediterranean seabed — from first-timers to seasoned explorers.

Courses and who it suits

With three PADI instructors on staff, the centre covers the full range: PADI scuba courses, TecRec, Freediving, Snorkelling, First Aid (EFR) and Adaptive Diving. Whether you're after a baptism dive, structured training, exploration or snorkelling, there's a path for every level. Air fills, Nitrox and a full equipment rental and sales range — including children's sizes — round out the offering, alongside a retail shop and free Wi-Fi.

The centre sits right on the waterfront, just 4 metres from the boats, so loading gear is effortless. Divers head out on La Palanquée, carrying up to 20 divers, or the semi-rigid Le Kapor for 14. Local dive sites include the Rubis wreck and the Lion de mer, with marine life ranging across ocean fish, turtles and more. English and French are spoken.
