Quarter Diving

Set in New Taipei, Taiwan, Quarter Diving is a PADI Five-Star Instructor Development Centre with a self-diving focus — a young, dynamic operation staffed by 15 PADI instructors. It's a hub for divers who want to keep progressing, from their first breaths underwater through to instructor-level training.

Courses and training

The centre covers the full spectrum of the sport: recreational scuba, freediving, technical diving and even mermaid diving. Newcomers can start with the Open Water Diver course, priced from USD 489 and running approximately 3 days. Technical divers are well served too, with Nitrox, Trimix and mixed-gas options available.

On-site you'll find a classroom, a retail shop, an aquarium/deep pool for training, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and parking. A broad rental range spans scuba, freediving, kids' equipment and scooters (DPV), alongside equipment sales, a dive club and conservation activities. Staff speak English, Mandarin and Chinese, making it a welcoming choice for both local and visiting divers.
