Scotty's Action Sports Network

Set within Shangri-La's Mactan Island Resort in the Philippines, Scotty's Action Sports Network is a PADI 5 Star Dive Center and part of a wider network of dive centres across the country. With 11 PADI Instructors on hand and instruction offered in English, French, Japanese and Filipino, it's a welcoming base for divers of every level.

Courses and dive sites

The training menu spans PADI Discover Scuba Diving, the Open Water Diver Course, Advanced Open Water Diver and Enriched Air Diver, so you can take your very first breaths underwater or build toward more ambitious dives. An onsite training pool, classroom and Adaptive Services Facility support the learning, while a waterfront location and house reef put the water right on the doorstep.

From here you can explore local sites including the Tambuli Aeroplane Wreck, San Juan Wreck, Hilutungan Island and Shangri-La Marine Sanctuaries, Talima Marine Sanctuary, Agus Bay and Coral Reef Resort. With a dive boat, retail shop and gas fills for air, nitrox and beyond, it suits newcomers and experienced divers alike.
