Scubaland Adventures

Scubaland Adventures has been training divers in Austin since 1988, earning PADI 5-Star IDC status in recognition of its commitment to quality education. With a team of 35 PADI instructors, it's one of the few dive centres in the nation guiding students all the way from entry-level Open Water certification to professional Open Water Scuba Instructor ratings.

Courses and community

The centre offers a full range of scuba classes, with scheduled sessions as well as private and semi-private lessons for both groups and individuals. An onsite training pool and classroom keep learning close to home, while an active dive club keeps members in the water between Scubaland's own dive trips.

Facilities include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, parking and a retail shop, with services spanning air fills, nitrox, equipment sales and rental, and conservation activities. Instruction is offered in English. It's a strong fit for new and developing divers in Austin who want a structured path from first breaths underwater through to professional-level training.
