Sea Dream Okierabu

Tucked onto a small elevated site overlooking the East China Sea, Sea Dream Okinoerabu is the only PADI 5 Star Dive Resort in Kagoshima Prefecture, set on the island of Okinoerabu. It's a place built around comfort as much as diving, with facilities designed so guests can relax even while still in their wetsuits.

What to expect

The center keeps things personal: a veteran PADI Instructor with 34 years of experience guides you in person aboard the center's own dive boat. On land you'll find six separate shower and changing rooms for men and women, spacious equipment drying areas, and an in-house Enriched Air Nitrox filling station.

Services cover air fills, Nitrox, scuba equipment rental and PADI scuba diving instruction, with guidance offered in Japanese. Beneath the surface, divers share the water with sharks, whales, turtles, ocean fish and more — a fitting reward for a center focused on safe, comfortable and memorable diving.
