Sea Explorers - Dauin

Set on the waterfront at Dauin, near Dumaguete in Negros Oriental, Philippines, Sea Explorers Dauin is a PADI 5-Star IDC dive centre built around easy access to some of the region's most rewarding underwater terrain. Its own house reef sits right on the doorstep, with dives at Wellbeach House reef and Wild Scuba Housereef leading you along coral gardens, drop-offs and a marine cast that ranges from turtles and eels to molluscs, crustaceans and reef fish.

Courses for every level

With five PADI Instructors and 11 courses and activities on offer, the centre suits complete first-timers through to those working toward a professional rating. The programme spans Discover Scuba Diving, Open Water and Rescue Diver, Divemaster, Enriched Air (Nitrox), Emergency First Response and the Digital Underwater Photographer course, backed by an onsite training pool and classroom.

An adaptive services facility, Nitrox, equipment sales and rental, a dive boat and a retail shop round out the setup, and the team speaks five languages — English, Spanish, French, German and Filipino. Dives here start from USD 71.
